The game

Fishing Fun (“the game”) is a free online game run by the Fishing Fun team as a learning project. By playing you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don’t play.

A test phase

The game is in a test phase. Features, balance, prices, fees and limits may change, and the game may be paused, reset in parts, or ended. We try to keep everyone’s progress, but we can’t promise it.

Your account

• A guest account belongs to the browser it was made in. Connecting a wallet keeps it for good.
• Keep your wallet and its recovery phrase safe. Anyone who controls your wallet controls your account.
• One person may have several accounts, but using them to get around limits or to farm rewards is not allowed.

Playing fair

No cheating, bots, macros, exploiting bugs, harassment, hateful or rude names and messages, or impersonating the game team. We may mute, suspend or ban accounts, hold their withdrawals, and undo what was gained unfairly.

GO and Relics

• GO and Relics are game items. They are not sold by the game team, carry no promise of value, and are not an investment. Nothing in the game or on this site is financial advice.
• Moving GO or Relics on the Polygon network is done by you, from your own wallet, and costs network fees that you pay. Transactions on a blockchain can’t be undone.
• During the test phase GO and Relics can only move between wallets and the game’s own contracts as described on the GO & Relics page.
• We may change in-game fees and limits, pause deposits, withdrawals or forging, and review large or unusual withdrawals.

No warranty

The game is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, the Fishing Fun team is not liable for any loss arising from playing, from bugs, from downtime, or from the use of wallets and blockchains.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
